Effective Continuing Professional Development is enhanced by being able to provide personal and focussed support to individuals. A maximum of 12 will be allowed to take part in this exclusive program at any one time.
It is an intensive but supported collaboration between Jeremy Meades, Principal Consultant, and group members. The four month program is directly focussed on the needs of the group and could include such diversity as simple course creation to developing new and exciting pedagogies.
Once a group has begun their program, no other members will be allowed to join. The program is expected to last four months. New applicants to the program will be invited to future groups once a group is closed. The principle of ‘closed membership’ ensures that the whole group can complete their program without new people joining, causing existing members to go back over ‘old ground’.
